Frequently Asked Questions
Can I keep my bridal bouquet?
YES! Many brides fall in love with their bouquet and want to keep it as a forever memory. We offer the option to purchase your bridal bouquet for an additional 500kr.
Can I customise the flowers I want to rent?
We only offer premade flowers across our 5 collections, but you're welcome to choose your preferred flowers freely across collections to create the exact look you're looking for. We don't offer any further customisation as our standardised collections are what enable us to ensure consistently high quality and affordable prices.
How does set-up work?
We send your flowers to you approx. 2 weeks in advance to ensure you receive them in good time and manage your decoration set-up without stress. While we don't offer a set-up service, we work with partners like Dansk Telt og Event who support with set-up when you book with them.
How do I return the flowers?
Simple - once you're done enjoying the flowers you simply repack them in the boxes you received them in and send them back to us via your preferred pakkeshop with the pre-paid postage label.
